Hi!

I’m Lucy, a 23 year old vet student and Yoga teacher, and I’m using this space to talk about all of the things that I’m interested in, as well as to share my experiences and what I’m learning as I try to make sense of my journey here on this beautiful earth! I also hope to connect, listen to and learn from people’s stories and empower others to speak their truth.

I’m passionate about intersectional social, environmental and climate justice, mental health and wellbeing, Yoga, sustainable fashion, travel, self love, books, plants – the list goes on!

I hope to inspire people to be kind to themselves, the world and all of the other beings that reside here and to welcome more love and gratitude into their lives.
